Storage and phased delivery

Book ahead.
Release in planned batches.

For organisations with staggered device rollouts or several delivery locations, we help align purchasing with the dates equipment is needed. A holding and release plan makes each batch easier to coordinate.

Agree the programme

Keep stock and delivery plans aligned.

Holding, release dates, pricing and service charges are agreed for each order or programme.

Holding up to 60 days

We can agree holding for up to 60 days as part of the programme. Confirm the holding period, start date, quantities and any charges in advance; storage is not automatically included free of charge.

Phased release

Plan quantities and destinations for each batch, with the required preparation, contact person and requested delivery date. Changes are reviewed against stock and capacity.

Clear commercial terms

Agree booking, payment, price and release conditions before committing. Historical price protection in a customer programme is not a blanket price-lock promise for future orders.

How it works

One programme. A clear plan for each release.

Tell us how your refresh or user rollout is expected to progress.

1. Set the holding plan

Confirm the equipment list, quantities, holding arrangement and expected batch schedule alongside the purchasing documents.

2. Confirm each release

Provide the batch list, destination, recipient and required preparation. Agree changes and the delivery arrangement before the batch is released.

3. Review the next batch

Reconcile released quantities and the remaining programme requirement. Coordinate upcoming releases before the agreed holding period ends.

Your programme records

Make each batch easy to reconcile.

Agree reporting detail and the update cadence your team needs.

Batch and release lists

Receive agreed batch quantities, order references and destination information. Serial-number detail can be included when capture and reporting are part of the scope.

Delivery handover

Coordinate shipment references and available proof of delivery for released batches. Recipient and document requirements should be agreed before dispatch.

Experience behind the approach

The anonymised customer story describes an Intellect Systems programme with advance bookings and maintained agreed prices. That experience informs how InfraOne plans customer requirements today.
